Figure, table and section ledger
Editorial contribution type: Datasets, benchmarks & measurement (primary).
Layout extraction, not a required paper template. Counts are distinct caption labels; a multi-panel figure counts once. Section spans are estimated from heading positions, including floats and whitespace. Method and limitations.

Source-bound correction: Source-checked physical-page text restores wrapped top-level heading labels on pp. 3. Heading starts and measured positions are unchanged; this is label completeness, not a new section. Newly detected unnumbered impact/singular-acknowledgment statements are retained from the size-aware source extraction; authored heading corrections are unchanged.
Section-by-section lengths and source pages
The title/abstract/front matter precede the first numbered heading. A span ends at the next detected top-level heading, not at the last sentence; end-page whitespace is included. References and statements are listed separately. These are not measurements of text-only or artwork area.

Main text
Argument and organization
- Problem and contribution
Identifies user-side actions as a missing evaluation dimension and keeps agent and user roles asymmetric: the agent diagnoses while the simulated user follows instructions through restricted affordances.
- Argument sequence
A formal environment leads to atomic initialization/solution/assertion functions and then evaluation; agent capability experiments precede an audit of implementation, task and user-simulator errors.
- Evidence and verification
Default, No-User and Oracle-Plan modes probe different information/control burdens; user quality is separately checked by two annotators per conversation with task-critical versus benign errors and explicit per-domain sample sizes.

Figures, captions and visual explanation
The statistics table separates full generated tasks from the evaluated telecom subset; complexity curves overlay task proportions and keep transfer-to-human tasks distinct from ordinary action counts.

Tables, comparisons and evidence

Appendix and reproducibility
The supplement exposes policies and full trajectories, corrections to original benchmark tasks, and concrete simulator failures, including premature transfer that can block an otherwise feasible agent action.
Appendices B-C, pp. 14-21; E-F, pp. 24-47 · Main paper
Clarity and writing conventions
Conclusion explicitly leaves expert-novice mental-model adaptation and generalization of simulator improvements to other domains unresolved, despite stronger domain-constrained reliability.

What to reuse—and what not to infer
Transferable lesson: Audit the benchmark's own implementation, task specification and simulator before attributing all observed failures to the evaluated agent.
Boundary: No-User grants different tools and direct task information, not merely removal of conversational text; success in a scripted telecom world and programmatically verified tasks does not establish real-user support quality.
Apply this lesson using the argument and evidence worksheet.
